Welcome to El Rio Western Wear. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Your purchase

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on the pickup location.
• Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, mispriced, or for any other reasonable business reason. If we do, you will be refunded in full.
• Once an order is placed, you'll receive an email confirmation with pickup details. We'll call or text you when your order is ready.

Pickup

• Orders are held for pickup at the location you select for 14 days. After that, unclaimed orders will be restocked and refunded minus a 10% handling fee.
• Bring the email confirmation (or order number) and a photo ID when you pick up.

Intellectual property

Product names, brand logos (Ariat, Justin, Wrangler, Resistol, Cinch, Larry Mahan, Stetson, Hooey), and El Rio Western Wear branding are owned by their respective holders. Website content and design are owned by El Rio Western Wear.

Limitation of liability

El Rio Western Wear is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from your use of this website. Our maximum liability for any order is the amount you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
