How orders work right now
Every order is fulfilled as in-store pickup at one of our three Central Texas locations:

After you place your order online, we'll have it ready within one business day. We'll call or text the number you provided when it's ready to pick up.
Shipping
Shipping to your door is coming soon. We're currently setting up carriers to make sure your hat or boots arrive in great shape — sign up for our newsletter or follow us on Facebook to hear about it first.
In the meantime, all our customers are within a short drive of one of our three stores. We hope you'll stop by — we like seeing folks in person.
Returns
- Unworn items in original condition can be returned at any of our three stores within 30 days of pickup. Bring your order confirmation.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Custom-shaped hats (after we've cleaned or reshaped them for you) are not returnable.
- Worn boots showing scuffs or stretching cannot be returned. We'll happily exchange unworn boots for a different size.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? Bring the item in to any of our stores — no need to start a return online. We'll swap it on the spot if we have what you need, or order it from another store for you.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or we packed the wrong item, give us a call right away. We'll make it right.
